Shipping Policy

We are currently offering free Two-Day Shipping.

Due to the perishable nature of our product we only ship two-day.

Order Confirmation and Tracking

After placing your order you will receive an order confirmation email. After your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, which will also contain tracking information. If you don't see either email, please check your email spam folder. If you have shipped to multiple addresses, you will receive a single order confirmation email, and separate shipping confirmation emails for each shipping address.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we cannot ship to any APO, DPO, FPO, MPO, or P.O. Box addresses. If the address contains any of the accronyms, no shipping methods will appear and you will not be able to place your order. We apologize for any inconvenience. We are working with our delivery partners to deliver to these addresses in the future.

Return & Exchange Policy

Currently, you are only able to return the product for a replacement.  You must email custserv@HealthfulChocolates.com and provide your order information and the best method to get in contact with you.
